Abhyanga
This wonderful Ayurvedic therapy consists of a full head and body massage administered by two technicians working in synchrony on either side of your body. Aromatic herbal oils are lovingly applied in a continuous flowing sequence. The depth and speed varies according to your Ayurvedic body type.

Vishesh
A deep, invigorating massage with firm, kneading actions to help promote the release of deep-seated imbalances, toxins and impurities. It is especially helpful for soothing sore, tired or aching muscles.

Pizhichil
A unique relaxation experience – two therapists gently massage and bathe your body with gallons of warm aromatic oil. Aches and pains, cares and worries effortlessly subside in a continuous flow of liquid golden nectar.

Udwarthana
A coarse herbal paste is applied to the body by your two technicians. It enlivens and energises the body helping promote better digestion, healthier skin and firmer muscle tone. It also increases circulation, helping break down fatty deposits and cellulite and is therefore recommended for those wishing to loose weight.

Garshan
Raw silk gloves are used to rapidly massage the body. The friction and static electricity created refreshes and stimulates the skin, promoting better circulation and the breakdown of cellulite.

Sirodhara
This amazingly relaxing therapy gently releases stress and tension from the mind and body; it usually accompanies Abhyanga or Vishesh. A steady stream of warm, aromatic oil flows rhythmically across the forehead calming the mind and soothing the nervous system. It induces deep relaxation and feelings of profound happiness and well-being.

Swedana
A herbal steam treatment allowing the body to perspire and release impurities from the skin. It is excellent for helping soothe painful, sore or aching muscles and joints and for improving the complexion.

Marma
This blissful healing session helps balance the body's energy points by stimulating powerful junction points or ‘Marmas’. It helps resolve emotional imbalances resulting in increased clarity, strength, calmness, confidence and feelings of self-worth.

Specialist treatments
These include specialist therapies to help alleviate physical conditions related to the eyes, nose, sinuses and lower back. There are also specialist therapies to help alleviate mental and emotional stress – these include meditation, yoga, pranayarma, yoga nidra and Tf therapy.

Rejuvenation Therapy (Rasayana Chikilsa)
This treatment includes body massage with hand and foot by therapist with medicated oil and cream, internal rejuvenative medicine and medicated bath. This therapy is for 90 minutes to 2 hours per day. This therapy is to rejuvenate mind, body and soul, to tone up skin, to strengthen all systems so as to achieve ideal health and longevity.

Body Purification Therapy(Shodhana Chikilsa)
It is a process of purify the whole body to attain proper balance of Vatha, Pitha and Kapha based on the panchakarma and swedakarma treatment. This 15 days package process includes body massage, Snehapanam, Nasyam , Virechanam (medicates purgative). Snehavasthi, Dhara , Pizhichil ,Njavarakizhi , Karnapooranam , Tharpanam , Sirovasthi and Internal herbal medicines.

Body Immunization/Longevity Treatment (Kayakalpa Chikilsa)This is the prime treatment in Ayurveda for reducing ageing process, arresting the degeneration of the body cells and immunization of the system. Giving Rasayan (very special ayurvedic meducine) internally is the main part of this programme, based on the panchakarma and swedakarma treatment. The package programme includes body massage, snehapanam, Virechanam , Nasyam < snehavasthi, Dhara , Pizhichil , Njavarakizhi , Tharpanam , Sirovasthi . Karnapooranam and medicated steam bath. This treatmen is best effective it taken before the age of 60 for either sex.

Slimming Program
This includes two type of massages.
- Medicated herbal powder massage
- Medicated herbal oil massages.

This programme also includes medicated steam bath intake of herbal juice and herbal tea. A very special ayurvedic diet is advised during the treatment period.

Beauty Care Program
